Meet Dr. Cynthia
Dr. Cynthia A. Divinity is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, nonprofit founder, and visionary leader whose life’s work has been dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and transforming communities. With more than 25 years of community service and an 18-year career in law enforcement, she has built organizations that create opportunities, foster independence, and inspire lasting change.
Her legacy is defined not by titles alone, but by the lives she has impacted, the leaders she has developed, the organizations she has built, and the communities she continues to serve. Through faith, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Dr. Divinity has become a respected leader in business, nonprofit development, leadership, and community advocacy.
Dr. Divinity is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Divinity & Associates Inc., doing business as Divine Inclusions, where she leads a growing multi-state organization committed to providing person-centered services that promote independence, inclusion, and opportunity.
She is also the founder of Beautifully Unveiled and The Women’s Empowerment Group, nonprofit organizations dedicated to mentorship, leadership development, education, wellness, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and community engagement.

Continued professional development through El Camino Community College, University of Arizona Global Campus formerly Ashford University, and University of Phoenix.
1999
Began an 18-year career in law enforcement rooted in public service, discipline, leadership, and community protection.
25+ Years
Served as a community leader, advocate, mentor, leadership coach, and supporter of women, youth, families, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
2018
Founded Divine Employment Services, providing employment and community-based services throughout Southern California.
2018
Co-founded The Dream Again Foundation to support purpose-driven community impact and renewed opportunity.
2020
Expanded Divine operations into Chino, California.
2022
Founded Beautifully Unveiled, dedicated to empowering girls and young women through mentorship, leadership development, education, and personal growth.

Founded The Women’s Empowerment Group to equip women through leadership, entrepreneurship, education, wellness, mentorship, and community engagement.
2023
Expanded Divine Inclusions services to include the Self-Determination Program and Independent Facilitator Services.

Continued statewide growth with Independent Living Skills, Adult Activity Program, Supportive Living Services, and the West Covina office.
